Store Hours And Location

My shop is open 24/7 for your purchasing convenience. If you need to message me, the times I am available are:
 

Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

Messages will be returned within a few hours of receiving them during my available hours. Messages received after hours will be returned next business day. Spam messages will not be answered.

I do not have a physical storefront for people to visit as I create from a private home studio in rural Northern Alberta, Canada.

Digital Downloads: All Sales are Final

When you make your purchase, WIX will send you the download link immediately after your payment clears through their processor. I do not offer refunds. This includes not refunding items you don't download after purchased. Accidental orders are also not refunded. But please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Physical Items:

When you make your purchase, you agree that you have read the complete item description, reviewed all the listing photos in detail as well as taking note of all sizes, price, and the material list details.

• Shipping

          Items are brought to the post office within 3-5 business days of order placement                  once your payment has cleared the WIX payment processing system. You will be                  provided with a tracking number for your order. All orders are shipped via Canada                Post regular parcel post. ​

          Shipping is a flat rate fee of $24.99 to any one location within Canada. I do not offer                  international shipping at this point in time.

• Taxes

           I am a small micro business seller and am not at the thresh hold where I need to                    charge GST. I also live in Alberta and all my sales are based in Alberta where there                are no provincial taxes. Taxes are not charged on sales from this website.

• Returns and Exchanges

When you make your purchase, you agree that you have read the item descriptions in detail, have taken note of the size, taken note of the colour and taken note of the details. You also agree that you have looked at the photos in detail.

Due to the handmade time consuming nature of these products, I do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Accidental orders and orders with incorrect shipping addresses are also not cancelled or refunded.
