Shipping and Returns

All items are made to order when you order it. Each item is labour intensive to make and is crafted with love from my hands to yours. Due to the handmade nature of items and the time it takes to create the items, I have had to put the following policies in place:

 

{Refunds}

  • All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

  • Return to sender packages are considered forced returns. No refunds on anything marked return to sender, non-deliverable, or the like.


{Exchanges}

  • I do not accept exchanges


{Cancellation Policy}

  • I do not accept cancellations. Once you place an order, it is considered finalized.

{Shipping Times and Shipping Price}

  • Shipping price you see is a flat rate price. This means that no matter how many items you order from my shop, you will only be charged this shipping fee one time per order. There is no charge for additional items in your order.

  • Shipping is via Canada Post

  • Shipping within Canada normally takes 2-15 business days depending upon your location

  • Shipping times do not include creation times. Shipping times start once your package has been dropped off with Canada Post.

Physical items will be shipped to the address you provide to Shopify. Digital items will be emailed email address you provide in the system.

On your receipt you will see the creation time. Creation time on your receipt shows how long it takes for me to create your item. I do not guarantee the date your package will arrive to you by, but you will be sent a tracking number for your order so that you can track your package via Canada Post’s website.

I ship to the shipping address you provide when you place your order. If a wrong shipping address was accidently put in the shipping instructions on the order and the order gets returned to us after the shipping you will need to pay the shipping fee once again to get the order out to your correct address. I'm sorry, I do not refund for wrong shipping addresses on order forms.

{Return To Sender Packages and Packages Marked Undeliverable/Non-deliverable}
Return to sender packages are considered forced returns. I do not refund packages that are marked return to sender or undeliverable/non-deliverable. If this does happen and you want it resent out again, you will need to pay postage for shipping it out a second time.

***Please note: Ship by dates are guaranteed. I do not guarantee arrival dates. I can not issue a refund for orders, that do not arrive "on time", due to postal delays.****
